On Wednesday October 5, on the occasion of the International Congress on Government, Administration and Public Policies, the following Special Panel was presented: "Culture of Lawfulness: project and movement". Isabel Wences, Pilar Otero and Manuel Villoria, members of the Program, explained the background, progress, results and challenges of a project that, from an interdisciplinary perspective, analyzes the Culture of Lawfulness as a central component of a quality democracy.
