Overview:

He is a Predoctoral Researcher and member of the Research Staff in Training from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). He has been a visiting researcher at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, as well as at the Center for Technology in Government (CTG) at the University of Albany, NY. He is currently developing research on Public Policy and Management of Open Government at the Department of Political Science and International Studies of the UAM.
