He is Content Manager at NovaGob, the social network of the public administration, and Researcher for NovaGob.Lab. Graduated in Political Science and Public Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), he is a student in the Master's Degree in Democracy and Government, specializing in Public Management, within the UAM, where he is also actively involved in academic research. His main areas of focus are digital government, public function analysis and public sector professionals in digital social networks, the challenges of open government, collaborative government (WikiGovernment), and their associated crowdsourcing and Open innovation, as well as the study of the phenomenon of the digital divide.
